This website, pevell.com, is operated by Pevell, a trading name of Velcura Hygiene Private Limited ("Pevell", "we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your state to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity on your account. The information you give us must be accurate and complete.

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product details may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, unavailability or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. Purchases are for personal use, not resale.

Pevell is powered by Shopify. Any purchase you make on this website is made directly with Pevell, and Shopify is not responsible for any part of that sale. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to your purchases from Pevell.

Personal information we collect is handled under our Privacy Policy. Because this website is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes some information to provide its services.

12. Reviews and feedback
If you send us reviews, ideas or feedback, you allow us to use them for any purpose without payment. Your feedback must be honest and must not break any law or anyone's rights.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms, together with our policies, are the entire agreement between you and Pevell.
