What does Pevell sell?
Structured vegan leather (PU) handbags for women: totes, shoulder bags, crossbody bags and backpacks.
Where are you based?
Pevell is operated by Velcura Hygiene Private Limited in Ahmedabad, India, and sells to customers in the United States. Every order is placed and paid through Shopify checkout, and you receive an email confirmation with your order number.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.
What payment methods can I use?
The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.
Shipping
How long does delivery take and what does it cost?
Standard shipping to the US is free. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and estimated delivery is 7 to 9 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and tracking is shared when available. Read the shipping policy.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not currently. All prices are in USD.
Returns
What if my bag arrives damaged, defective or wrong?
Email pevell.business@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving it, with photos. We'll refund or replace it, and you won't need to send it back.
Can I return a bag if I change my mind?
Yes, but return shipping is at your cost. Email us first so we can arrange it. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Read the refund policy.

Vegan leather (PU), not animal leather. Details for each style are on its product page.
How do I care for my bag?
Keep it dry, clean it gently with a soft cloth, keep perfume off the hardware and store it upright when not in use.
