How to start a return or report an issue with your order.
Starting a return
Contact us at support@pevell.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll confirm whether the item is eligible and send return instructions.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us with photos and your order number so we can resolve it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer determines how quickly the credit appears.
